PRA Elects Board of Directors for 2025-2027; Golden ABC’s Alice Liu Named New President

June 30, 2025 – The Philippine Retailers Association (PRA), the country’s recognized national organization of retailers and key industry stakeholders, successfully held its 23^rd Board Elections during the PRA Annual Meeting at The Westin Manila on June 25, 2025.

In a demonstration of continued trust and unity, all 15 incumbent directors were re-elected by PRA members to serve another two-year term from 2025 to 2027.

The re-elected members to the PRA Board of Directors are:

1. Alfametro Marketing Inc., represented by Mr. Harvey Ong, Chief Operating Officer;
2. Blims Lifestyle Group, represented by Mr. Sam Gregory Lim, Chief Operating Officer;
3. Central Books Supply Inc., represented by Ms. Ma. Alegria S. Limjoco, Director;
4. CMG Retail, Inc., represented by Mr. Kok Bin Chan, Chairman;
5. ENCEL Trade Corp., represented by Mr. Lorenzo C. Formoso, Chairman;
6. Golden ABC, Inc., represented by Ms. Alice Liu, President and CEO;
7. Mercury Drug Corp., represented by Mr. Steven Q. Azcona, President;
8. Picture City International Corp., represented by Atty. Paul Angelo A. Santos, President;

Following the annual elections, the new PRA Board convened and elected Ms. Liu as the new PRA President for the term 2025-2027. She succeeds Mr. Claudio, Sr., who now assumes the role of Chairman of the Board, in accordance with PRA’s long-held tradition.

The PRA expresses its deep gratitude to Mr. Claudio for his visionary leadership and steadfast service,

which is anchored in advocacy and a profound commitment to the retail industry.

The Association also warmly welcomes Ms. Liu’s appointment, confident in her ability to invigorate the pulse of the retail industry and amplify its voice.

Under the Board’s renewed mandate, the PRA continues to be emboldened in championing growth, innovation, and resilience across Philippine retail.
