Criteria for this award include the successful implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, the creation of seamless omnichannel experiences, innovative use of Augmented Reality (AR) or Virtual Reality (VR) for customer engagement, and excellence in mobile app development and user experience.
- Retail Innovation on Store Design and Merchandising
- This category celebrates retailers who are redefining the in-store experience through innovative design concepts and strategic merchandising approaches. It recognizes excellence in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales, showcasing retailers who seamlessly integrate design elements with effective merchandising strategies.

The deadline for entries is on July 19, 2024. PRA member retailers, across all sectors and sizes, are invited to submit their entries and join this distinguished recognition program.
